Farewell
Cormorant Technical Services thanks you for your
support. Between 2000 and 2009 the company was able to make a
significant contribution to food safety by:
- developing materials for local, State and
Commonwealth Governments;
- developing a national program for the
Indonesian Government;
- trouble shooting for industry in Australia
and overseas;
- assessing food labels for compliance;
- developing food safety programs;
- auditing food safety programs;
- training EHOs in Australia and food
inspectors in Indonesia;
- authoring and facilitating training
courses for industry and enforcement officers for CCI, TAFE, Curtin
University of Technology and other industry associations; and
- providing handwashing kits for industry
and education facilities.
It has been a privilege to work with
businesses from paddock to plate including:
- Dairies, abattoirs, fruit and vegetable
growers, manufacturers and caterers;
- From the smallest school canteens in
Western Australia to the largest manufacturing systems in Indonesia
The Cormorant is now taking a little rest,
while it discovers other opportunities in the world.
